Right now we’re doing public homeschool, but they’re on K-12 curriculum, which is so long. We were on the computer for seven hours with me just giving my 3rd grader five minute break to get a PB&J. And that is not what I want for homeschooling. And that doesn’t include me then having to switch to my kinder.

I’m four years late but this was right on time! Thanks!! My kids are not school age yet and I’m definitely feeling shaky but we’re going to get it together lol

Wow, you think like me, and its so validating! Formal schooling fits kids into boxes, so homeschooling is thinking outside the box. Yes, the Lord will help us!! Amen!!

Hello! My name is Monica and I am a new homeschool mom of 3 beautiful daughter’s. I am a certified school teacher and have been teaching/in education over 10 years now & I’m over it! I’ve been over it since COVID. I am on both sides of the fence (Teacher/Parent) so I see the ends & outs of it all. The educational system is so messed up. I withdrew my oldest (middle school 6th grade) the Thursday before spring break & I withdrew my youngest ( 2nd & 3rd graders) the day before the star test. I will not be returning this school year. I’ve been wanting to homeschool since the pandemic. I’ve done a lot of research and I’m ready! I was hesitant & fearful at first but it’s GO TIME now & I’m so excited to start this new journey with my family. I’ve prepared them & they are excited as well. I’m so glad I came across your channel! This particular video just inspired me even more. This video was needed for me so THANK YOU! This code was very informative, detailed, encouraging & positive. I love how you broke each topic down & you explained it so well. I can’t wait to watch your other video. Once again, THANK YOU!

This is an awesome video. Very encouraging! I say we are trialing homeschool this summer during break but I plan on jumping in and doing this for the school year. I just need Jesus with me every single second. I work from home full time and kind of stress about getting everything in right away when the kids are up because that’s when they’ll likely be the most cooperative. I’m probably overthinking.
